I just don't have time to update a chalkboard every week. Where do these people who redo the chalk board each week find the time to do it? Maybe while I am exercising they are chalkboarding? That makes me feel good, I'm going to go with that.

Exercise this week? I did a 5K Sunday, and then have been at Zumba class Tuesday and Wednesday
